Dwayne Etienne 25th Annual Fish Fry

Xi Omega hosted the 25th Annual Dwayne Etienne Fish Fry. The fish fry is named after Brother Dwayne Etienne for his outstanding community service in Tulsa. Brother Etienne served as a police officer for 14 years in Tulsa. He was also a proud member of The Black Officers Coalition. Proud member of Shiloh Baptist Church too.

The Fish Fry was at Lacy Park. The fish fry had an outstanding menu. The menu consisted of fried Fish, green beans, and mac and cheese. Peach Cobbler for desert put the community to bed. Over 1500 tickets sold. Brother Donnie Ray Johnson , Xi Omega's Vice Basileus, did an outstanding job as committee head. Several vendors supported as well. The special addition to this years fish fry was the Uplift Ticket. Customers could make a $15 donation to feed someone in hunger. Many people in hunger had dinner on August 2nd, 2025.
